Our Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

Business Accounts: If you're registering on behalf of a business or organization, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Arrive within the specified time window for your queue position or booking

Stay Connected

Monitor notifications and respond to queue updates promptly

Provide correct party size, contact information, and special requirements

8. Payment and Billing

Qnite offers various subscription plans for venues. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. Contact support for refund requests

Price Changes

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
